TRAVEL ITALY NOW OFFERS A UNIQUE EXCURSION TO THE AREA CALLED CIOCIARIA. (cho-cha-ri-a) A far cry from the usual tourist circuit this area, part of the region of Lazio, lies between Rome and Naples.
With the beautiful resort town of Fiuggi, located just 50 miles outside of Rome, as our home base, we visit both well known and undiscovered treasures in the area.
Our carefully planned excursions may include visits to Rome, Pompeii, Naples, Tivoli Gardens, the Castelli Romani and the Amalfi coast. We will also visit the pre-Roman, Roman and Medieval treasures in the hill towns in our immediate surroundings. Archeological sites, medieval monasteries and castles, cultural festivals,sports activities and of course, wine tastings and regional cuisine provide an unforgettable experience. You will discover an Italy not available on other tours.
Tours include: transportation in private coach, 4 star hotel accomodations with two or three meals daily, full time group leader, excursions with professional guides, time to relax in a beautiful mountain resort with all services and optional activities available. Air arrangements can also be included.
As your travel consultant, I will work with you to customize the trip to the specific interests of the group. You may choose a theme such as art history, theater, sport, health and wellness, cooking etc. Together we will create an exciting program for your group. This service is offered to groups of 15 - 24 persons.
